Requested Work Time

We aim for quick, trouble-free solutions to all your requirements. Any issue with our service can be resolved by email, using the live chat box, or by phone* once we have established contact with you.

Summary: Estimate the time required for your job. Use the cart above to pay us. Send us the job requirements or your phone number (if the job is phone support). We will start the job or contact you ASAP. We may contact you if we need more information. We will deliver by email.

Large jobs should be discussed first so send us your contact details prior to any payment.



Pre-paying us will prioritise your job. It is the most common way we complete smaller tasks. For example, computer phone support, spreadsheet design or data analysis.

If your job or phone support task is expected to come in at 2 hours or less, estimate the time in the menu above. Click Add to Cart and you will be taken to Paypal to make payment using a Credit Card or your Paypal balance.

All over-estimated payments will be refunded pro-rata or may be used as credit for future work.

All under-estimated payments may pause our work until an additional payment has been received. We will complete work for established clients on the understanding that any difference will be paid upon delivery.

We will quickly refund your prepayment if we are unable to assist you. If you request a cancellation after work has commenced, time already worked cannot be refunded and a minimum fee of 15 minutes will be applied to the refund.

If you prefer an estimate before prepayment, contact us with your job requirements. We are usually pretty accurate, but all estimates are just that, an estimate, so your job may run longer than expected.

Jobs unsuitable for prepayment will require a quote. Usually, these will be jobs that require additional expertise from our external team members. Should you not accept our offer, we will refund (or credit) you with any prepayment that has been made.

Prepayments are not designed for large jobs – we would expect to have a detailed discussion with you first. Leave us an outline of your requirements and your phone number for prompt contact by one of our engineers.

If you have a quote from us that you wish to accept, use the above cart. Select a time unit (e.g. 1 hour), click Add to Cart, then (on the page that follows) increase the quantity until the total matches our quote.

For phone support requests, you can leave us your phone number on the payment page and we will contact you as soon as possible. If you don’t, just email your phone number to us or leave it in our live chat box. Make sure you add the email address associated with your Paypal account for our records.

Generally we get sent work, complete it and send it back to you, all by email.

If your payment is for a job, send the job description and all relevant files to and we will start it ASAP. If you do not want us to start work ASAP, let us know so we will delay commencement s according to your requirements.
